We did test support with one question on 30 Sep 2026 and checked the chat again at night on 1 Oct 2026 (see Interface and Support). There is no gaming licence in the rules. In the FAQ, the site says it does not consider itself gambling or a casino in the jurisdictions it targets, and that Curacao licences do not by themselves protect players. The rules say “We are not a gambling site”, and Roll Chips are described as a sweepstakes mechanic.
The operator is Max Stacks Ltd (reg. no. C 64304), Unit 207, Heritage Plaza II, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis; some payments are processed by Feral Entertainment (Cyprus) Limited (reg. no. HE388908). The entity, number and address are given openly; we did not check the registry. Provably fair lets you recalculate a round yourself. Here it is computed with SHA-256 from a server seed, a client seed and a nonce; in Roll, the hash of an EOS block replaces the client seed. A public verifier is at /info/provably-fair.
According to the site, verification is available for Roll, Cases, Case Battles and Community Cases. For Case Royale, Cluck ‘N’ Boom, Crash, Plinko, Dice, PVP 2.0 and Arms Dealer we found no confirmation, and esports bets cannot be verified. We did not run a verification ourselves.
