How we check
Nine sites on one map
Casinos play the T side, marketplaces hold the CT side. Tap or point at a player or a row to see the scores. Scores rest on published rules, our support and code tests and public reviews; we do not deposit or withdraw money.
How we check a casino
Six criteria, scored from 1 to 5, halves allowed. The overall score is the average of the criteria scored so far. We do not deposit or withdraw money, so payout criteria rest on published rules and public reviews.

Hellcase’s own review page shows 4.6 and “7,200+” reviews. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 8,799 reviews. Tradeit’s widget shows 4.8 against 4.7 on Trustpilot. A rating on a site’s own page is marketing, so we quote the third party and say where each number comes from.
One question, five casinos
On 30 Sep 2026 we asked every casino the same thing: “How can I deposit money into my account using my Visa card?” Times come from the timestamps in the chats. Two live chats only show “Just now”: there we timed the reply ourselves, and it took under a minute.
- HellcaseSupport request8 minto a real answerHuman agent
17:12:41 sent, 17:20:34 answered. Told us to open the deposit section and pick Visa.
- Key-DropTicket2 minto a real answerAI assistant
17:08 sent, 17:10 answered by an AI assistant. Explained the Top up flow and suggested a promo code. A second message at about 3 a.m. local time was answered too.
- FarmskinsTicket24 minto a real answerHuman agent
Auto-receipt at 5:03 PM, answer at 5:27 PM: Refill tab, then Visa/Mastercard.
- CSGORollLive chatUnder 1 minto a real answerHuman agent
The widget promises under 2 minutes. The chat shows only “Just now”; we timed the reply at under a minute. A second message at about 3 a.m. local time was answered too. Pointed us to the deposit section.
- CSGOEmpireLive chatUnder 1 minto a real answerAI bot, then a human
The bot handed the chat over. The chat shows only “Just now”; we timed the reply at under a minute. A second message at about 3 a.m. local time was answered too. The agent said to use any deposit method that supports Visa.
One question, sent once from one new account. It shows how each site answers a basic question, not how it handles a withdrawal dispute. The Support score comes from this one question. A test of a withdrawal dispute would refine it.
One question, four marketplaces
On 1 Oct 2026 we asked the marketplaces: “I want to sell a CS2 skin and withdraw the money to my bank card. What fees apply, what is the minimum withdrawal amount and how long does it usually take to get the money?” Marketplaces have no Support score, so this is an observation, not a rating.
- Lis-SkinsLive chatAt onceto a real answerAI agent
Answered in Russian to an English question: 7-day Steam hold, 2% + 30 RUB to a card, bank needs 15–120 minutes. The 150 RUB minimum it named differs from the $1 in the offer, which we use.
- TradeitLive chatUnder 1 minto a real answerAssistant, then a human queue
A banner said human replies take 24–48 h. The assistant answered at once: revenue is locked for 8 days; the real lock is exactly 7 days, so the 8 is a slip (see the trade-hold section).
- SkinSwapLive chatNot measuredto a real answerAI agent
The chat opens with quick-reply buttons. After Deposits was tapped, an AI agent described deposit methods. Our withdrawal question was not answered.
- DMarketNo chat found–to a real answerHelp center only
We found only a help center with search and categories, no way to send a question.
Two of the four answers came from AI agents. The answers are the sites’ own claims and match or differ from their written rules as noted in each review.
Why CS2 skin gambling sites look the same
Open any two CS2 skin gambling sites and you see the same thing: cases, a bonus banner, a field for a promo code. The difference is in the rules you read after you pay: whether money comes out or only skins, how long a sold skin stays locked, what a code really gives.
The licence comes first. We could not verify that a gambling licence is valid for any of the five gambling sites. Four of them state none. CSGOEmpire prints a Curaçao licence number in its footer. We found that number in the regulator’s register under the operator Moonrail Limited B.V., with an expiry date of 31 Mar 2026 and the status “Assessment in progress”, so we cannot say it is valid today. We searched the same register for the operators named by the other four gambling sites and did not find them.
The four marketplaces are not gambling and do not need a licence.
This is what we do on every site:
- Read the terms, help centre and FAQ. When they disagree with the banner, we go by the terms and say so.
- Sign in and open the cashier: methods, minimums, what can be withdrawn.
- Look for a provably fair page and see what it covers.
- Check Trustpilot: the rating, the number of reviews and the 20 latest English reviews, read as a mood, not as statistics.
- Find the company behind the site and the list of countries where it is closed. We open every site from a Georgian IP.
We do not deposit or withdraw money on any of the nine, so payout speed comes from the sites’ rules and public reviews. What we did run: on 30 Sep 2026 the same support question to each of the five casinos (plus a night-time message on 1 Oct), on 1 Oct 2026 a support question to each of the four marketplaces, and on 1 Oct 2026 our promo codes on a test account.

How we check: six criteria
Each gambling site gets a score from 1 to 5 on six criteria, with halves allowed:
- Promo code and bonus. What the code gives, the wagering, whether the banner matches the rules.
- Deposit and withdrawal. Methods, minimums, whether cash comes out or only skins, the 7-day hold, KYC.
- Game fairness. A provably fair page you can use, and published RTP (the share returned to players).
- Modes. How many, and how many are the site’s own.
- Trust. Licence, a named company, Trustpilot, incidents we could find.
- Support. Scored only from our own test: on 30 Sep 2026 we asked each casino the same question and timed the answer.
The overall score is the average of the criteria scored so far. Marketplaces get four: fees, payouts, trust and promo codes.
Marketplaces for selling skins
Three of the five gambling sites here pay out in skins only: Hellcase, Key-Drop and Farmskins. CSGORoll and CSGOEmpire add crypto, and CSGORoll does it only through Roll Chips. To turn skins into money you need a marketplace, and the fee is where they differ.
DMarket states 0% to buy and 2% to sell CS2 items, up to 10% on cheap ones. Tradeit charges 2% on the payout plus a spread built into the Instant Sell price. SkinSwap pays 75-90% of the market price. Lis-Skins publishes no percentage at all.
DMarket does not let you withdraw money you deposited, only sales proceeds. If you plan to cash out, sell first and top up only for what you buy.
Tradeit and Lis-Skins both carry a “no hidden fees” line next to a spread they do not publish. A spread is their model, but you cannot compare it in advance: price three to five of your own skins against Steam first.
Before your first deposit

- Age. 18+. Most of these sites set 18 as the minimum, SkinSwap’s terms say 13, and your local law may set a higher age. We write for adults only.
- Country. Check the closed-country list and your own law. CSGORoll closes 32 countries entirely, Farmskins six, CSGOEmpire lists 31 entries. Tradeit and DMarket bar Russia and Belarus.
- Steam setup. Sites send skins through a trade URL (the link that lets them send you trade offers), and several need a public inventory. DMarket needs Steam Guard too.
- The 7-day hold. Steam’s Trade Protection lets a trade be reversed for 7 days. Money for a sold skin can arrive a week late. On Tradeit, sale proceeds stay locked for 7 days by its rules (its chat assistant said 8, which was a slip). DMarket rejects trades under a 15-day hold.
- Limits and KYC. KYC is an identity check. CSGORoll says it is mandatory for everyone since 2024. CSGOEmpire asks for it on crypto withdrawals after 4,500 coins. Tradeit and DMarket require it for payouts. Pass it before your first sale, not after.
- Your own limit. Skins have real money value. Deposit only what you can afford to lose (responsible gambling).
- No VPN, no second account. Our take: our first test account on Hellcase got an automatic ban after we signed in through a VPN from another country. The page said “multi-account abuse” and a term until 2036. We do not know what triggered it, and support was reachable only after logging in. Anything on that account’s balance was out of reach.
What the cashier looks like
FAQ

Are CS2 gambling sites legal where I live?
It depends on your country, and we are not lawyers. None of the gambling sites here has a licence we could verify, and each keeps its own list of closed countries. If yours is on it, a VPN breaks the rules and can cost you the account.
Do all promo codes give the same bonus?
Mostly, yes. CSGORoll says every active referral code gives the same 3 free cases and 5% on top-ups, and on Key-Drop and SkinSwap a code only decides who is credited with the invitation (Key-Drop’s help centre says 20% on every top-up when the code is applied first, plus $1 once; its partner says $0.50). At Farmskins the partner states about $1 on the balance (Steam level 1 or higher; the site’s own table shows $0.90 for the lowest rank). CSGOEmpire’s partner states a free case with a top-up, up to $1,500. On 1 Oct 2026 we tried our codes in the cashier or code field (nothing paid): Key-Drop showed +20% on every amount, Hellcase showed 10% for a deposit, CSGOEmpire opened the free case (a 0.01-coin skin), Tradeit and SkinSwap accepted the code. Farmskins credited about $1 and a +10% deposit bonus (a Steam level 0 account is refused); CSGORoll accepted the code in the Rewards tab. At DMarket and Lis-Skins a code gives nothing and only the referral link applies.
How long do skin withdrawals take?
We did not test a withdrawal, so these are the sites’ own claims. Steam’s 7-day hold comes first. Then Tradeit says crypto takes 1 to 3 days and a bank 7 to 10. DMarket says up to 48 hours for e-wallets, its terms allow up to 9 business days. Lis-Skins says 3 business days to a card, SkinSwap up to a week. For Hellcase, Key-Drop and Farmskins we found no timing.
What is provably fair?
It is a method that lets you recalculate the result of a round from published values, so the site cannot change it after your bet. It proves the result was not altered, not that the odds are good. CSGOEmpire’s provably fair page covers four modes, CSGORoll’s verification covers 4 of 11, Hellcase claims it without a page, and we found no mention on Farmskins.
